Gray market → compliant pathway.
Killer Health is a holding company built on one thesis: bring preventative and regenerative therapies out of the gray market into legal, compliant pathways — and own every link in the chain while doing it. Formulation, manufacturing, testing, education, care and retail. Even though we have fun doing it.
// 01
The problem
There's a huge gap.
Between what pharmaceutical medicine is allowed to prescribe and what the research has actually demonstrated, there is a gap. In that gap live peptides, regenerative therapies, stem cells, and a thousand compounds that have better safety profiles than most approved drugs — and no legal home in the US market.
People find these compounds anyway. They buy them from unregulated suppliers, reconstitute them at the kitchen counter, guess at dosing, and never report side effects. The data that should be driving the next decade of regulatory change is evaporating into silence.
That silence is dangerous. It’s also completely fixable.
// 02
The fix
This site is the fix.
We publish the protocols for free, we measure what actually happens, and we sell the molecules to the people who decide to use them. Education and commerce in the same company, stated plainly rather than hidden behind an affiliate link.
01 · OPEN
Every protocol is public. Dosing, routes, contraindications. No paywall, no login, no email wall.
02 · LOGGED
Participants self-report cycles, outcomes, adverse events. Structured, anonymous.
03 · MEASURED
Aggregate outcome data feeds what we formulate, what we stock and what SHERPA tells you.
04 · SHARED
Findings go back to the community, and to regulators. Identified research runs under the IRB, separately.
This is how you bring a gray market into the light without killing the innovation that lives inside it. You don’t shut it down. You observe it, document it, and regulate from evidence.

Structure
Who is behind this.
Killer Health is the for-profit parent. Each brand is its own operating company, and Mortensen Medical is a separate 501(c)(3) that holds the IRB and sells nothing. Two structures, two jobs. The line between commerce and clinical research is a real legal line, not a paragraph in a policy.

Commercial revenue flows through the operating companies. Donations are accepted only by Mortensen Medical, the 501(c)(3), and fund IRB operations — never product, never marketing.
Research oversight
Safety oversight is provided by M. Scott Mortensen, MD (MD · Researcher) and Elaine Marquez, ND. No patient treatment happens on killer.health. No prescribing happens on killer.health. This is a research platform, period.

Data policy
Straight about the data.
We collect outcome data and we use it commercially — to decide what to formulate, what to stock and what SHERPA recommends. That is the business. Here is exactly where the lines are.
- ANONYMOUS BY DEFAULT. Protocol logs don’t require your real name. They’re tagged by participant ID.
- USED, NOT SOLD. Aggregate, de-identified outcome data informs our own products and research. We do not sell individual records to data brokers or to anyone else.
- AGGREGATED IN PUBLIC. Poll percentages and AE rates get published on the protocol pages. Individual records never are.
- EXPORT-ON-DEMAND. Export or delete your full record at any time. No questions asked.
- CLINICAL IS SEPARATE. Identified clinical research runs under Mortensen Medical and IRB PPRN-001-2025, in its own access-controlled system. It is not in the commercial stack and it is not used for marketing.

Regulatory posture
Punk rock is not illegal.
We work with FDA counsel and independent regulatory consultants to legitimise the current gray market. The approach is disruptive — we don’t apologise for that — but it is methodically compliant.
What we do not do
- — We do not prescribe.
- — We do not dispense.
- — We do not make FDA claims on unapproved compounds.
- — We do not gate good information.
- — We do not endorse any specific product.
What we do
- — We aggregate publicly available protocols.
- — We document community outcomes under an IRB.
- — We report adverse events structured and transparently.
- — We refer to legally-operating retailers.
- — We accept donations to fund research.

The exception
S.T.A.R.T.E.D. is the one exception.
Every protocol page on this site carries the same disclaimer: not medical advice. With one exception — the STARTED protocol, drawn from THE COCKROACH DIET. Sunlight, Temperance, Air, Rest, Trust, Exercise, Diet. That’s not medicine. That’s healthy advice. And if you do nothing else on this site, do that.

The voice
Why it looks like this.
Medicine has been marketed to adults as if they were children for fifty years. Soft colours, stock photos, hedging language, infantilising warnings, endless euphemism. We reject the entire aesthetic.
You are an adult. You are making informed decisions about your own body. You deserve information presented with the same seriousness, weight and directness you’d expect from any other professional field that treats you as a peer.
This site is loud on purpose. It’s also rigorous on purpose. Those two things aren’t opposites — they’re the whole point.
// Master disclaimer
Not medical advice.
Nothing on killer.health is medical advice. This platform is a research registry and information aggregator. Content is drawn from peer-reviewed publications, clinical protocols and community sources. killer.health does not endorse any compound, supplier or treatment. Always work with a licensed physician inside an established clinical relationship before starting, stopping or modifying any protocol.
Peptide compounds discussed on this site are research peptides. Most are not FDA-approved for human use. Most are prohibited by WADA for competitive athletes. Availability, legality and regulatory status vary by jurisdiction. Know the rules where you live.
Data capture is governed by IRB PPRN-001-2025. A separate Stem Cell IRB is in formation. Registry participation is voluntary. Anonymous submissions are the default.
