A Private Membership Association is a members-only association of adults who agree, in writing, on what they are joining and why. One application opens both halves — the forum and the association.

A PMA is a membership structure. It is not a licence, a shield, or a way around any law that would otherwise apply to you or to us. Anyone telling you a PMA makes regulated activity unregulated is selling something.
What it actually gives you: a defined, private space with agreed house rules, where adults discuss their own health decisions with each other and with clinicians, without a public platform’s content policy deciding what medicine may be discussed.
What it does not give you: a prescription, a supplier, a diagnosis, or medical advice. Those come from a licensed clinician inside a real clinical relationship. Always.

Name, email, and one honest sentence about why you want in. Clinicians add an NPI.
02 · AGREE
You read and sign the membership agreement. Plain English, no trap doors.
03 · IN
Forum access, member channels, and the protocol drops before they go public.

First cohort is forming.
Membership opens with the first cohort. Leave your email and you get the application the day it opens.
Membership does not create a physician-patient relationship. Nothing inside the association is medical advice. Registry participation remains voluntary and anonymous by default under IRB PPRN-001-2025.
